WELCOME TO CONORG '98

The purpose of ConOrg ’98 is to facilitate the dissemination of information between Australian Roleplaying (RPG) Convention Organisers, their peers, and Australian Convention RPG Designers and their peers, on how to run successful gaming conventions. This is the fourth such conference to be run and it is envisioned that ‘ConOrgs’ will be held annually or as the need and demand arises.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that attendance was limited for several reasons, including limited venue space and ensuring discussion groups did not exceed a workable size. Attendance was therefore based on the following hierarchical order:

1. Current RPG Convention Organisers (Max four ( 4 ) per Convention);

2. Ex RPG Convention Organisers;

3. Current RPG Convention Games Designers;

4. Ex RPG Convention Games Designers;

5. Current RPG Convention GMs;

6. Ex RPG Convention GMs;

7. Current RPG Convention Players.
